BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is the governing body of St. Luke's Medical Center-Global City. The board provides over-all leadership and direction for the organization.
It is responsible for all professional and policy issues that arise in the course of managing the hospital. Members of the board are nominated and chosen on the basis of what they can contribute in terms of resources, talent or wisdom. They are all volunteers who do not receive nor seek remuneration, perks, or privilege.

Governing Council
The Foundation has recruited six external experts and luminaries in their fields as its governing council (GC).
The GC provides the Foundation expert guidance and are primarily responsible for selecting research proposals to be funded.
